The Nine Life Saving Rules

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is committed to the safety and well-being of our team.
To ensure a safe working environment, we have established nine essential Life Saving Rules that every employee must follow.
We believe in fostering a culture of safety, where these rules are respected and upheld by all.

1. %100 tie off while working at heights.
2. Do not enter confined space without a permit/CSA.
3. No work shall be performed without Lock Out Tag Out.
4. Do not report to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. No harassment/discrimination.
6. No smoking outside of designated areas.
7. No overriding safety critical devices.
8. No willful or intentional crossing of safety barriers without prior authorization from OBR management.
9. No operating any equipment without current or proper training.

OBR Employee Change Form

The link below leads to the OBR Employee Change Form.
This form is used to update Human Resources about changes in
an employee’s personal information, compensation, or employment status.
This form can be downloaded and filled out, or printed and
either scanned or mailed in.
Email forms to hr@obrcoolingtowers.com or mail forms to
our Northwood, Ohio office. HR will reach out once the form is received.

OBR Employee Benefits Site

*OBR's 2024 Open Enrollment Dates: 11/1/2023 to 11/17/2023*
Annually enroll for your healthcare benefits, and find all relevant benefit information.
Includes: Find a Doctor/Dentist, Human Resources Information, and Employee & COBRA rights.

OBR Health Insurance Provider: Unified Group

Access your online Health Insurance Card.
Includes: Find a Doctor/Dentist, Human Resources Information, and Employee & COBRA rights.

OBR Health Savings Account

Access your online Health Savings Account.
To enroll for online banking with State Bank, you will need your HSA Account Number.
Contact hr@obrcoolingtowers.com to get your HSA Account Number.
You will also need to enter a PIN while enrolling.
This PIN is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
Note: You opt in to having an HSA during annual Open Enrollment.
If you did not opt in to an HSA, you don't have one through OBR.

OBR Paperless Paystubs

Access your online Paystubs.
Can receive your paystub via email, text, or both.
The form linked below goes through creating your Paperless account and accessing your paystubs.

OBR Machine Readable Files

Access Machine Readable Files
Provided per the Transparency in Coverage Final Rule.
These files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to
more easily access and analyze data about in-network rates and out-of-network charges.
